My Studio

The Pilates boutique is physically hosted in the forefront of The Prehab Studio (https://www.theprehabstudio.com/) - a cosy institution which provides a holistic approach for heathy and sustainable lifestyle with physiotherapists, osteophat, neutritionist and private trainers. 

 

The Pilates section is equipped with 2 reformers, arcs, magic circles, weights, small and big ball and cushy mats. All equipments are brand new.

 

My sessions are mainly built around the reformer which we combine with the other aids depending on your level and needs.
