Private session
A fully personalized, 1-on-1 Pilates session where we totally focus on your needs. We mainly use the reformer and combine it with aids (magic circle, arc, theraband etc.) and/or mat exercises. Classes are 55 minutes.
Duet session
A Pilates training with 2 people on 2 reformers, combined with other Pilates equipments and aids. Both of you get a full body workout and we tailor the class to your needs. Classes are 55 minutes. Price indication per session.
Online private
An online mat workout via Zoom, fully tailored to your needs. We will do the classical Pilates mat repertoire from basic to advanced exercises (depending on your level). If you have it at home, we can also use various aids like theraband, small ball, weights etc. Classes are 55 minutes.
Online duet session
An online mat workout via Zoom, including 2 people max, so that you get maximum attention. We will do the classical Pilates mat repertoire from basic to advanced exercises (depending on your level). If you have it at home, we can also use various aids like theraband, small ball, weights etc. Classes are 55 minutes. Price indication per session.
